How much does delivery cost?

When will my order arrive?

You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched with an approximate delivery date.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are carefully picked & wrapped and will arrive in a gift box.

How do I exchange items?

Do I need to pay to return items?

We do not offer a pre-paid returns service so please ensure that you have the correct postage when sending items back to us and we advise that you retain proof of postage.

Have you received my return?

Once we have received your return we will notify you by email.

I have not received a refund?

Once we receive your item back to us, as long as the item has been returned in accordance with our Returns Policy we will instruct our bank to issue a refund.
